If datool.ru shows your material without your permission, submit a claim. We will review it within the period set by law and reply to the email you give.
Where the material comes from
datool.ru provides analytics for public messenger channels. Channel owners post the publications and their images, and they reach us automatically. The rights to them belong to their authors and rights holders.
How to submit a claim
Fill in the form at hi.datool.ru/rightsholders/ or write to support@datool.ru with the subject “Rights holder's claim”. You do not need to sign in.
Include:
- who is applying: full name or company name, and an email for the reply;
- the exact addresses of the datool.ru pages with the material;
- what the material is;
- what proves your rights;
- that you gave no permission to post it.
Do not send a passport copy or other documents through the form. If we need them, we will ask separately.
What happens to the material
- The image copy is erased from our servers, and the page shows “Image removed at the request of the rights holder” instead.
- The same file will not be saved again, even if it is published again.
- If the claim concerns the whole post, the post is removed entirely.
- A copy may stay in browser and content delivery network caches for some time.
We may ask you to clarify the details, or reply with our grounds if the material is posted lawfully. If a claim is withdrawn or mistaken, the material can be restored.
Material in the messenger itself
We do not control messengers. To remove material from a channel, contact the channel owner or the messenger's administration.
