What you see without signing in, after signing in and with a subscription
The core analytics of MAX channels is open to everyone, some blocks open after a free sign-up, and the most detailed ones are for the owner of their own channel and for “Premium” or “Business” subscribers. This page sums up who sees what, which periods each level gets and what locked blocks look like.
Access levels
| Level | Who | What is open |
|---|---|---|
| Guest | Not signed in | Catalog, ratings, collections, “Today in MAX”, “MAX statistics”; on a channel page — the key numbers and the main blocks for 7 days, the post feed |
| Free account | Signed in, no subscription | Everything a guest sees, plus periods up to 30 days, post text search, many detailed blocks; 1 channel in “Following”, favorites |
| Channel owner | Their organization has verified the channel | On the page of their own channel — all periods and the blocks based on the subscriber list; on other channels — same as a free account |
| “Premium” | “Premium” subscription | All paid blocks on all channels, all periods and custom dates, exports, higher limits |
| “Business” | “Business” subscription | The same as “Premium”, with higher limits, teamwork, PDF reports with your logo and API requests |

Periods
Every tab of a channel page (dashboard, audience analysis, mentions, popular, reach, posting schedule, ads, engagement) has a period switcher at the top: 7 days · 30 days · 90 days · Year · All time · Custom dates. A tab always opens on 7 days.
| Period | Guest | Free account | Owner of their channel | “Premium” and “Business” |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| 30 days | — | yes | yes | yes |
| 90 days, year, all time | — | — | yes | yes |
| Custom dates (calendar) | — | — | — | yes |
The “All posts” feed has its own rules: right now all its periods — from “Today” to “All time” — are open to everyone, even without signing in; only “Custom dates” requires a subscription. Post text search works after signing in and searches within the period selected in the feed.

A locked period has a lock icon. Click it — the sign-in page opens (if the period opens after sign-up) or the plans page.
Why “All time” sometimes means “the last 12 months”
Blocks calculated from the posts themselves (best posts, formats, posting time, ads) look back no further than 365 days — big channels have hundreds of thousands of posts. In that case the block says “for the last 12 months”. Details — How metrics are calculated.
What locked blocks look like
We do not hide locked blocks: in their place there is a blurred example with made-up data and a label on top. The example shows what the block will display, but it contains none of the channel's real numbers.
- “Available after signing in” — the block opens for free, just sign in.
- “Available with a subscription” — the block opens with a “Premium” or “Business” subscription (and some also for the owner on their own channel page).

Small elements — tiles, table rows, sort options — show a short label with a lock instead of the big one: “after signing in” or “with a subscription”. Unavailable buttons are also marked with a lock: for example, “Custom dates”, exporting the feed to CSV and Excel, or “Download report”.
See everything without a subscription
On the demo channel every block is open, with made-up data. It lets you see in advance what a subscription gives. Details — Demo channel.
Channel owners get their own statistics for free
Verify that the channel is yours, and the page of your own channel opens without a subscription:
- all periods: 90 days, year, all time;
- the blocks built from the subscriber list: subscriptions and unsubscriptions by day, retention, core readers, “what happened on these days” and others on the “Audience analysis” tab;
- blocks marked “for the channel owner and with a subscription” on other tabs — for example, the rank among similar channels.
Market blocks — comparison with similar channels, advertisers, where subscribers come from, when they read — open with a subscription, as for everyone. Details — Owner verification.
“Premium” and “Business” open the same blocks
Both subscriptions open the same analytics blocks on all channels. They differ in limits and team features: how many channels in “Following” and favorites, how many organization members, tracked keywords and PDF reports, your organization's logo in reports, API requests. The full table — Plans and payment.
Access belongs to the person, limits to the organization
A subscription is bought for an organization: for your personal space (just you) or for a team organization (details — Organization and members). Two rules apply.
Access to blocks — by the best subscription across all your organizations. Paid showcase blocks are open if at least one organization you belong to has a subscription — no matter which one is selected in the header. With several subscriptions, the highest one applies.
- You bought it for yourself — it also works in teams where you are a member.
- Your team bought “Business” — it works for every member, including in their personal space.
- You were removed from the team — its subscription stops working for you immediately.
Limits — of the selected organization. How many channels in “Following” and favorites, how many members, keywords and PDF reports — is counted by the plan of the organization you are working in right now. For example, a team without a subscription keeps 1 channel in “Following” and cannot invite colleagues, even if its owner has a personal “Premium”.
Important
Before paying, check who the subscription is for: the checkout page has a “Subscribe for” field — yourself (personal space) or an organization.
