Account overview
The shared account is your datool.ru account: profile and sign-in methods, organizations and colleagues, subscriptions, balance, the partner program, API keys and notifications. There is one account for all of the service's projects — the MAX showcase and the networks that follow — so the settings here are shared. This article is a map of the account: which tabs it has, how the header works and what the first tab, Overview, shows.
Where to find it
- The address is hi.datool.ru. The account opens only after you sign in; a guest is sent to the sign-in page and brought back afterwards.
- From any showcase page: the Account menu in the site header (top right) — it also links to the main tabs.

- The “Account profiles” switcher — which organization you are working in right now (details below).
- Section tabs of the account.
- “You are working in” — the current organization and your role in it.
- “My projects” — the subscription and saved items for each project.
- “Profile and sign-in” — a short summary of your account.
- “Notifications for all projects” — a link to the notification settings.
Key concepts
An organization is the “owner” of everything paid and saved: subscriptions, balance, API keys, favorites, Following, tracked words and reports. Every person has a personal space — an organization of one, created together with the account. To work with colleagues you create an organization (team) and invite members to it. Details — in “Organization and members”.
A role is who you are in an organization: owner, administrator or member. Your role determines which tabs you see and what you can change.
The current organization is the one selected in the switcher to the right of the heading. Every tab of the account shows its data: members, subscriptions, balance, keys.
A subscription works for the person
Paid blocks of the showcase open if there is a subscription in any of your organizations — personal or team — whichever is selected right now. If there are several subscriptions, the highest one applies. Limits, however (how many channels in Following, how many members, how many words), belong to the organization and depend on its plan.
Account tabs
Each tab is a separate page with its own address: you can open it by link or bookmark it.
| Tab | Address | What's there | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overview | hi.datool.ru | Current organization, projects, profile | everyone |
| Profile and sign-in | /profile/ | Photo, name, email, password, sign-in with services | everyone |
| Organization and members | /organization/ | Name and logo, members, invitations, list of your organizations | everyone |
| Subscriptions and billing | /billing/ | Subscription, limits, packs, company details, promo code, payments | owner only |
| Balance | /balance/ | Money on the organization's account, top-up, history | owner only |
| Partners | /partner/ | Partner program: links, clients, rewards | owner only |
| API keys | /api-keys/ | API plan, keys, request usage, webhooks | everyone |
| Notifications | /notifications/ | Email, MAX main bot, email language | everyone |
The “Subscriptions and billing”, “Balance” and “Partners” tabs are visible only to the owner of the current organization — the owner is the one who pays and receives rewards. Administrators and members don't see these tabs; if they open such an address directly, the account returns them to Overview with an explanation. In your personal space you are the owner, so all tabs are visible there.
If the tabs don't fit the screen width (on a phone, for example), scroll arrows appear at the edges of the row; you can also simply swipe it.
Account header
Above the tabs are the breadcrumbs (“Home / Your account / tab name”), the heading “Your account” and, on the right, the current organization button. It shows the organization's circle (its logo; for the personal space — your photo; with no picture — the first letter of the name), the name, your email and your role.
The “Account profiles” switcher
Click the organization button to open the “Account profiles” menu.

- A list of all your organizations. The personal space comes first (labelled “Only you”), then teams in alphabetical order with your role in each. The current one is ticked.
- Switching. Click another organization — the account switches to it and reopens the page you were on. The choice is remembered for this browser.
- Archived organizations (if you own any) — at the very end, greyed out, labelled “Archived”. You can't switch into them: the link leads to “My organizations”, where the organization can be restored.
Below the list are actions:
- “Invite a member” — team owners and administrators only: opens the organization tab with the invitation form already open;
- “Create an organization” — a new empty team;
- “Organization and members” (from the personal space — “My organizations”) — the organization tab;
- “Profile and sign-in”;
- “Sign out” — sign out of the account on this device.
Note
The same list of organizations is in the Account menu of the site header and in “My MAX” on the showcase — you can switch from there without opening the account.
The Overview tab
To the right of the “Overview” heading is the “Manage organization” button (from the personal space — “My organizations”); it leads to the “Organization and members” tab.
Invitations to other organizations
If someone has invited you to an organization and you haven't answered yet, a notice “You are invited to an organization:” with the organization names appears above the cards. Click a name to open the invitation page with the “Accept invitation” button (details — in “Organization and members”).
“You are working in”
The card of the current organization: picture, name and one line about your role.
For a team, below that there are the number of members and active subscriptions, the “Invite a member” button (owners and administrators only) and the “Members and organizations” link. The role line says that you are the owner, an administrator who invites and manages members, or a member — and that the organization's subscriptions and saved data are available to all its members.
For the personal space — the line “Only for you…”, the number of active subscriptions and how many organizations you have (apart from the personal space), followed by two ways to start working together:

- “Turn into an organization” — this same space becomes a team: subscriptions, balance and everything saved stay in place, and you can invite colleagues;
- “Create a new one” — a new empty organization; a subscription for it is purchased separately.
Which one to pick — see “Organization and members”.
“My projects”
A row for each project of the service (currently MAX): how many channels the current organization has in favorites and in Following, and the subscription badge — “Subscription active”, “All-in-one subscription” (a subscription to all projects at once) or “No subscription”. The “Go to “My MAX”” button opens the showcase section with your channels and lists (“My MAX”). The owner also sees a “Subscriptions and billing” link in the card header.
“Profile and sign-in”
Your photo (or a circle with your initials), name, email and how you sign in: “password”, “Yandex ID”, “MAX” and so on. If no method is set up — “No sign-in method set up.”. The “Photo, name and sign-in methods” link opens the “Profile and sign-in” tab.
“Notifications for all projects”
A link card, “Set up notifications”: email, the MAX main bot and delivery frequency — on the “Notifications” tab.
At the bottom of every tab
At the very bottom of the account is your email labelled “Single datool.ru account” and a “Sign out” link.
