Plans and payment

MAX analytics comes free and by subscription. The “Premium” subscription opens the full channel history and all paid blocks, “Business” gives the same with higher limits and for teamwork. This page lists prices for every term, the limits of each plan, extra packs, renewal and plan change rules, payment methods, receipts and refunds.

Where to find it

• The plans page — hi.datool.ru/plans/, the “Plans” item in the showcase header.
• Your subscriptions — the account area, “Subscriptions and billing” tab (hi.datool.ru/billing/); it is shown to the organization owner.

At the top of the page is the term switcher: 1 month · 3 months (−10 %) · 6 months (−20 %) · 12 months (−30 %). The card prices change with the selected term; under a long-term price you see what it comes to per month. Below the cards are the “Feature comparison” table, an API block and FAQ.

Plans and prices

• “Free” — 0 ₽ forever: just sign up.
• “One-off analysis” — a separate card marked “7 days”: it is “Premium” for a week at 599 ₽. Handy for checking a channel before buying an ad or preparing a report. The week can be renewed at the same price; there is no term discount for it.
• “Business” for a week is not shown on the page; if you need it, contact support.

What a subscription opens is covered in What you see without signing in, after signing in and with a subscription. In short: “Premium” and “Business” open the same analytics blocks and differ in limits and team features.

Plan limits

Notes:

• “Following” — channels whose news you get notifications about (details — “Following”). Favorites — your channel lists in folders (Favorites). Keywords — tracking words in posts across all of MAX (Words).
• PDF report — a channel dashboard report in one file (Reports and exports). On “Business” the report header shows your organization's logo, on other plans — the datool.ru logo. Downloading the same report again does not use up the limit.
• Excel and CSV exports — no daily row limit; up to 200,000 rows per file and no more than 30 files per hour per organization.
• Members — how many people can work in a team organization, including the owner. A personal space always has one person.
• API requests are included only in “Business”; separate API.Max plans are on the API limits and plans page.

All limits run 30 days from payment

A plan month and all “monthly” limits — PDF reports, API requests — are counted in 30-day periods from the payment, not by calendar month. Paid on the 18th — the next period starts 30 days later, not on the 1st. When a limit refreshes is shown on the tiles in “Reports and exports” and on the “API keys” tab. An unused remainder does not carry over to the next period.

Extra packs

Plan limit not enough — buy a pack. Each pack costs 990 ₽ and runs for 30 days from payment; up to 10 packs per purchase (need more — contact us).

How packs work:

• a pack runs for its whole term whatever happens to the plan, and adds to the limit of the current plan: 100 “Business” channels + 50 from a pack = 150;
• PDF reports from a pack are a reserve, not an addition to every period: the plan limit is used first, then packs (the one expiring soonest first); when the term ends the remainder is lost;
• a pack is paid from the organization balance in one step.

Over the limit: nothing is deleted

A pack ran out, a subscription ended or you moved to a lower plan — nothing is deleted. Whatever was added last beyond the limit is paused:

• a channel in “Following” stays in the list with its numbers but sends no notifications;
• a channel in favorites shows its name and avatar but no numbers and is left out of exports; new folders beyond the limit cannot be created;
• a keyword is not searched or sent;
• a member beyond the seat limit does not see the organization and its subscriptions, and their API keys for this organization are suspended.

You choose what stays on — with the toggles in the lists. When the limit grows again (you bought a pack or renewed the plan), the pause is lifted automatically. When part of the features is paused, the owner gets an email.

Renewing and changing plans

The checkout page tells you in advance what will happen: “the days will be added”, “starts immediately, the remainder goes to the balance (about N ₽)” or “starts on DATE, right after the current one”. Money returned to the balance on an upgrade can be spent on the site — on plans or packs — but not withdrawn.

How to subscribe and pay

Only the organization owner can subscribe and pay.

1. On the plans page pick a term and click “Get Premium”, “Get Business” or “Buy for 7 days”.
2. On the “Subscription checkout” page check:
   • “Subscribe for” — yourself (personal space) or a team organization;
   • the plan, term and price;
   • a promo code, if you have one: enter it and click “Apply” — the discount is recalculated right away in the “Total” line (details — Promo codes).
3. Choose how to pay:
   • “Pay from balance — N ₽” — if the organization balance has enough money, the subscription is set up in one click. Not enough — the page shows how much is missing and offers “Top up N ₽”;
   • “Pay by card — N ₽” — the YooKassa payment page opens: a bank card and other methods it offers (for example, SBP). After payment the amount is credited to the balance and immediately charged for the subscription.
4. The subscription starts working right after payment.

Companies — by invoice. Fill in your company details on the “Subscriptions and billing” tab (name, INN, KPP, address, email for documents) and contact support — we will send an invoice. Invoice payment is part of the “Business” plan.

Receipts

Fiscal receipts are sent by law to the email of the organization owner:

• when the balance is topped up (including paying by card) — a “full prepayment” receipt;
• when money from the balance is spent on a subscription or a pack — a second “full settlement” receipt that offsets the prepayment.

Refunds

• Money from the balance is refunded only on request via support and only up to the amount you deposited. Promo code gifts, partner rewards and plan remainders returned to the balance on an upgrade are not refundable — they can be spent on the site.
• Money for unused subscription days can be refunded on request to support — under the rules of the public offer.
