Subscriptions, packs and company details

The “Subscriptions and billing” tab covers everything the organization pays for: the current subscription and its term, limits and purchased packs, company details for invoices and the payment history. It also explains how to buy or renew a plan, what happens when you switch to another tier and how to buy extra seats, channels, words, reports and API requests.

Where to find it

hi.datool.ru/billing/ — the “Subscriptions and billing” tab of the account. Only the owner of the current organization sees it: the owner pays. Administrators and members who open the address are returned to Overview with an explanation.

The subscription, packs and payments always belong to the current organization — the one selected in the switcher to the right of the heading. The personal space and each team have their own.

Summary strip

On the left — the subscription name (“MAX analytics” or the all-in-one subscription for all projects) and the tier badge: Premium, Business, expired or “No subscription”. Below it — the end date and whether auto-renewal is on. If a lower tier has been bought in advance, the line shows both: until DATE, then Premium until DATE.

In the middle — figures by plan:

• members — seats taken out of those available (teams only);
• channels in Following — tracked channels out of the limit;
• channels in favorites — out of the limit; with packs — how many were added and until when;
• if bought — extra seats, Following packs, PDF report packs (reports left), word packs, API request packs, with the nearest end date;
• API — the API.Max plan and its term, if any.

On the right — buttons. Pack purchase buttons appear only for plans the pack is sold to (see the table below):

• “Buy seats”, “Buy channels”, “Buy favorites”, “Buy reports”, “Buy words” — pack purchase pages;
• “Manage subscription” (if you have one) or “Subscribe” (if not) — the plans page hi.datool.ru/plans/.

Company details

If you pay as a company or sole proprietor, fill in your details once — they're used for invoices and acts:

1. “Company name”.
2. “INN” (Russian tax number) — 10 digits for a company, 12 for a sole proprietor. The site checks it against the tax service's check digits, so a typo won't get through.
3. “KPP” — if you have one.
4. “Legal address”.
5. “Email for documents” — where to send invoices and acts.
6. Click “Save”. A “Saved DATE” note appears next to it.

Autofill from the state register (EGRUL). Start typing the name or INN — the site finds the company in the register and offers a list; pick a row and the fields fill in by themselves. A status line under the form says that it's searching, that the details were filled in (check the fields), or that nothing was found (fill them in by hand). Check the filled-in data before saving.

Promo code and payment

The card next to company details:

• “Promo code” and “Activate” — a free subscription and a balance gift are credited at once; a plan discount applies at checkout (the site opens the plans with the code filled in). Partner codes are entered here too. Details — “Promo codes”.
• “Auto-renewal” — on or off. Automatic renewal isn't available yet: renew manually by buying the same plan again — the days are added to the remaining ones.
• “Payment by invoice” — uses the details on the left (or asks you to fill them in); “Request an invoice” opens the contacts page. A paid invoice is credited to the organization's balance, and the plan is paid from the balance.

Payments

The organization's last 50 payments: number, what for (plan name, balance top-up, extra seats × N, Following packs × N and so on), date, amount (with a discount — a line naming the discount and promo code) and status: paid, failed, awaiting payment, refunded. Payments both from the balance and by card appear here.

Buying a plan

You choose a plan on hi.datool.ru/plans/ (what each one opens — see “Plans”); its button leads to the checkout page hi.datool.ru/plans/checkout/<plan>/.

1. Order summary — for whom, plan, term in days (week — 7, month — 30, 3 months — 90, half a year — 180, year — 365), price and promo discount, “Total”.
2. “Subscribe for” — choose the organization if you own several: yourself (personal space) or a team. Choose and click “Choose”. A team's subscription is paid only by its owner.
3. “Promo code” and “Apply” — the discount appears in the summary as price and discount lines. A free-subscription or gift code shows an “Activate promo code” button instead of a discount.
4. Pay from the balance — if the organization's balance is enough. Below the button you see how much is on the balance and how much will remain. The subscription starts immediately. Not enough — a line saying how much is missing and a top-up link that opens the top-up page with the missing amount already filled in.
5. Pay by card — payment on the YooKassa page: by bank card or another method available there. The money goes to the balance and immediately pays for the plan; two receipts are emailed — prepayment and service rendered (details — “Balance and top-up”). If the balance isn't enough, this is the main button.

Below the summary — what the subscription opens: in a personal space, paid blocks for you in every organization you belong to; for a team, paid blocks for all members, while the Following and member limits belong to the organization.

What happens to the current subscription

The checkout page tells you in advance:

• Same tier (Business while Business is active) — the new term is added to the remaining days. This is how you renew.
• Higher tier (Business while on Premium) — the new tier starts right after payment, and the value of the unused full days of the previous tier is returned to the organization's balance — the page shows the approximate amount. It's calculated at the daily price you paid for those days (with the discount, if any); days received for free return nothing. This money is spent on the site — on plans and packs.
• Lower tier (Premium while on Business) — you can't switch right away: the purchase is queued and starts on the date shown — immediately after the current one ends, with no gap.
• The all-in-one subscription on top of a single-showcase subscription starts immediately and replaces it; the remainder of the old one goes back to the balance.

A week can be renewed at the same price — there's no term discount for a week.

Extra packs

If the plan's limit isn't enough, the owner buys packs. The general rules are the same for all packs:

• term — 30 days from payment, never frozen: a pack works for its whole term whatever happens to the plan, and adds to the limit of the current plan;
• you can buy a pack only on a plan it's sold to (see the table); for other plans the page shows the calculation and a “Plans” button;
• up to 10 packs per purchase; need more — the “Write to us” link leads to support, and we'll add them manually;
• a pack ended or the plan became lower — nothing is deleted: the excess is paused (the most recently added items), and the pause lifts automatically when the limit grows again;
• only the owner buys; others are offered to forward the page to the owner.

Specifics: pack reports are a reserve rather than an addition to every period: the plan's reports are used first, then packs (the one that ends first goes first); downloading the same report again is free; whatever is left at the end of the term expires. With reports in a pack, PDF is available on any plan. Pack API requests are used only after the plan's limit; unused ones expire.

Pack purchase page

1. Summary: for whom, current usage out of the limit, number of packs, how much it adds, term, pack price, “Total”.
2. “How many packs” — a slider from 1 to 10 or a number in the field: the total updates immediately.
3. Pay from the balance — the pack starts working right away. Not enough money — a line saying how much is missing and a “Top up the balance” link.

Extra seats

The page hi.datool.ru/organization/seats/ opens from the “Buy seats” button on this tab or in the invitation panel when there are no seats.

Summary: for whom, current members out of the limit, number of seats, term “30 days from payment”, seat price, total; below — the “How many seats” slider and payment from the balance. Seats are sold only to teams on Business: a personal space has no members, and other plans are offered “Plans”. A seat works for its whole term, even if the subscription ends earlier.
