Overview
“My MAX” is your workspace in the MAX analytics catalog: your own verified channels, competitors in Following, tracked words, favorites, private channels, reports and events. This article covers the parts shared by every tab of the section and the first tab, “Overview” — a short summary of everything at once for the selected period.
Where to find it
The section lives at https://max.datool.ru/my/. You can open it from the account menu on the right of the site header — the “My MAX” item with the MAX tag. The first tab, “Overview”, opens at this address straight away.
The section only works after you sign in. A guest sees an invitation instead — “Sign in to open your channels” with “Sign in” and “Sign up” buttons; after signing in you return to the same page of the section.

Parts shared by every tab
All tabs of the section sit inside one shell. The numbers on the screenshot mark its main parts:

- Breadcrumbs — “Home / My MAX”. The first crumb leads to the catalog’s home page. Pages deeper than a tab (for example, a single word’s page) add more crumbs.
- The “Account profiles” switcher to the right of the “My MAX” heading — whose data you are looking at right now (more below).
- Section tabs: “Overview”, “My channels”, “Following”, “Words”, “Favorites”, “Private channels”, “Reports and exports”, “All events”. The current tab is highlighted. If the tabs don’t fit the width (on a phone, for example), the row scrolls and arrows appear at its edges.
- Period selector — on tabs with figures for a period (“Overview”, “My channels”, “Favorites”, “Private channels” and others).
Below the tabs there is a status line: after an action (a channel added or removed, a link rejected) it shows a short result. If nothing happened, the line is empty and invisible.
Everything belongs to an organization
In datool.ru the subscription, Following, words, favorites with folders, verified channels, exports and events belong not to a person but to an organization. Everyone has a “Personal space” — an organization of one member that is created automatically. You can also be a member of team organizations; each has its own channels, lists and subscription, and members of one organization share the same lists.
So everything the section’s tabs show belongs to the current organization — the one selected in the switcher. Organizations and roles are described in Organization and members.
The “Account profiles” switcher
The button to the right of the heading shows the current organization’s logo or first letter, its name, your email and your role (“Owner”, “Administrator” or “Member”). Clicking it opens a menu:

- Account profiles — all your organizations. “Personal space” with the note “Only you” comes first, then team organizations with your role. The current one has a check mark. Click another one and the whole section is rebuilt for its channels, lists and subscription; you stay on the same tab.
- Archived organizations (if you own them) are shown dimmed at the end of the list, marked “Archived”. You can’t switch to them — clicking leads to the account, where an archived organization can be restored.
- Invite a member — visible to the owner and administrators of a team organization: opens the invitation in the hi.datool.ru account.
- Create an organization — a new team organization.
- Organization and members (from the personal space — My organizations) — the organization page in the account.
- Profile and sign-in — your profile, email and sign-in methods.
- Sign out — leave your account.
The organization is chosen separately on each site
The MAX catalog and the hi.datool.ru account remember the selected organization separately. If you switched to a team organization here, the account may still open your personal space — check the organization name in the switcher.
Section footer
At the bottom of every tab is a line with your email and the current organization (“Organization “…”” or “Personal space”) and a “Sign out” link.

Paid columns and the subscription window
In the channel tables of the “Following”, “Favorites” and “Private channels” tabs some columns are paid: “Growth · ” (for example, “Growth · 7 days” — the change in subscribers over the selected period), “Average views” and “ERR”. Without a Premium or Business subscription their cells show a “— Subscribe” button, and you can’t sort by them. Column names, the channel’s name and avatar, the subscriber count and the other free data are visible to everyone.

For your own verified channels all columns are open even without a subscription: an owner always sees their own numbers.
The “— Subscribe” button opens the subscription window. Without a subscription it is titled “Advanced MAX analytics”: what a subscription gives (weekly and monthly growth, average views, ERR, quality index and a daily summary in the MAX bot), a reminder that basic metrics stay free, and a “Plans” button. With a subscription the window is titled “MAX subscription is active”, and instead of “Plans” there is a “Subscriptions and billing” button leading to the account. When your Following list hits the plan limit, the window explains it, and on Business it also offers “Buy more channels”.

Payment, invoices and statements are in the hi.datool.ru account, see Subscriptions and billing. Plan prices and limits are in Plans.
The “Overview” tab
“Overview” gathers the essentials on one page: figures for your verified channels, tiles for the other sections and the latest events. All for one period and for the current organization.
Header and period
On the left — the “Overview” heading with the organization name and the period in words below it, for example “Organization “Медиагруппа «Пример»” · 12 October — 18 October 2026”. On the right — the period selector: 7 days · 30 days · 90 days · Year · All time · Custom dates. 7 days is selected by default. Clicking a period rebuilds the whole page immediately. When you scroll down, the header sticks to the top of the screen (the organization name hides, the dates stay), so you can change the period anywhere.
Which periods are open depends on your access level — the same as on your own channel’s dashboard:
| Period | Free account | Channel owner (has a verified channel) | Premium and Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days, 30 days | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| 90 days, Year, All time | — | ✅ | ✅ |
| Custom dates | — | — | ✅ |
Locked periods show a padlock and lead to the plans page:

“Custom dates” opens a calendar. On the left are ready-made ranges: “Yesterday”, “Today”, week (“Last”, “This”), month, quarter, year, “Last N days” (30, 90 or 365) and “All time”. On the right are two date fields and a month-by-month calendar: click the start day, then the end day (clicking a month’s name selects the whole month). “Apply” rebuilds the page, “Cancel” closes the calendar without changes. The latest available day is today.

The step of the chart points depends on the period, as on the channel dashboard: 7 and 30 days — by day, 90 days — by week, a year and all time — by month.
“My channels”: four numbers
The first block shows four numbers for all of the organization’s verified channels together for the selected period. These are the same tiles as in the “Key numbers” of the channel dashboard:
| Tile | What it shows | Line below the number |
|---|---|---|
| Subscribers | How many subscribers your channels have together now | Growth for the period (“+202 for the period”) or “since tracking began” if we started following a channel within the period |
| Views | Total views of posts published in the period | “was …” — for the same previous period |
| ERR | What share of subscribers sees a post on average | “dashed line — was …”: the dashed line on the mini chart is the previous value |
| Posts per day | How many posts are published per day on average | “was …” |
Each tile has a badge with an arrow: the change against the same stretch right before the selected one (for 7 days — against the previous 7 days). Green means growth, red means a decline. Views and posts are compared per day on average, because the current period isn’t over yet. Under the number is a mini chart across the period.
How several channels are combined:
- views and posts are simply summed;
- subscribers are the sum of each channel’s last known number on that day. If we started observing a channel after the start of the period, it isn’t included until its first number — the chart will show a step on that day: MAX doesn’t provide past subscriber counts;
- ERR is not “average reach divided by the sum of subscribers” (that would understate it by as many times as you have channels) but each post against its own channel’s subscribers. The result is the channels’ average ERR weighted by their number of posts. For a single channel it equals the ERR on its page.
ERR and reach are explained in Basic metrics.
“Trend”: two charts
- Subscribers — a filled line: the total subscribers of your channels across the period, with the period’s result in large type. Until there are at least two points with a subscriber count, an explanation replaces the chart: the history starts with our first poll of the channel.
- Views by day — columns: views of your channels’ posts across the period, with the period total and a comparison in large type, and the tallest column labeled “record”. The last column with today is paler: the day isn’t over yet.
Hover over a point or column to see a tooltip with the date and the exact number.
“Channels one by one”
A table of your verified channels only — one row per channel; the “All my channels” link leads to the My channels tab. Following channels don’t appear here: competitors have their own tab.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Channel | Avatar, name (a link to the channel page), the blue verification badge |
| Subscribers | How many subscribers now |
| For the period | Subscriber growth for the period (green — growth, red — decline) |
| Views | Views of posts published in the period |
| Avg. reach | Average views per post — only for posts older than two days, as fresh posts are still gaining views |
| ERR | Share of subscribers who see a post |
| QI | Quality index; a dash when the calculation has low confidence |
| Best post | The channel’s most viewed post in the period: views and the start of the text, a link to the post page |
For a channel verified just now, “Best post” for a year and all time appears the next day: we recalculate the most viewed posts by month overnight. Overview combines no more than 60 of your channels; if you have more, the rest are on the “My channels” tab.
Before you have your own channels
If the organization has no verified channel yet, the “My channels” and “Trend” blocks show a blurred example with made-up numbers, the caption “Your channel’s charts will be here” and a “Confirm channel rights” button. It leads to the “My channels” tab, to the “Add your channel” block. The numbers under the blur are not real.

The other blocks — section tiles and events — work without your own channels too. How to verify a channel is described in My channels and Ownership verification. You can see every block with real-looking channel data on the demo page https://max.datool.ru/demo/.
“Sections”: five tiles
The tiles are a short digest of the other tabs; the numbers are for the selected period. The whole tile is a link: clicking it (or “Open →”) takes you to the tab.

| Tile | Number | Line |
|---|---|---|
| Following | How many channels are in Following and the plan limit (“12 of 100”) | Which channel in the list grew the most in the period; if none — “No channel in the list grew in this period” |
| Words | How many matches of your words in the period | The two words with the most matches |
| Favorites | How many channels are in favorites | Which channel was added last and when |
| Private channels | How many private channels the organization can see | The first one in the list |
| Reports and exports | How many exports were made in the period | The latest export: what, format, date |
The purple circle with a number on “Following” and “Words” shows how many Following events and word matches appeared since you last opened Overview (tooltip “New since your last visit”). The mark of your last visit is kept separately for each browser and device; on the very first visit there are no circles.
More about the tabs: Following, Words, Favorites, Private channels, Reports and exports.
“Latest events”
The five most recent events of your verified channels and Following channels over the last 30 days: subscriber growth, a new ad post, a popular post, a mention and others. Each event has a colored dot for its type, a title, the channel (a link to its page), a short text and how long ago it happened. The “All events” link opens the full feed.

Following channels that have become private or are “paused” above the plan limit don’t show events here. If there are no events, you’ll see “No events yet.”. Event types and filters are described in All events.
